Group Bookings and Weekends Away

If you are planning a family reunion, a corporate away weekend or simply a weekend break for a group of friends - We also specialize in providing luxury weekends away for groups.

We are located in the heart of the countryside, just over an hours drive from Dublin, and beside one of the best beaches in the country. You can walk to the beach from the cottages in 7 minutes.

Space for everyone

All our cottages sleep 8 adults very comfortably with plenty of room to spare. All the cottages have a minimum 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The split level nature also means that members of your party also have their own living space on upper or lower levels.

Choose room configuration to suit your group. Choose from:

  • 3 double rooms and one twin room or
  • 2 Double room and two twin rooms

We also have two specialized cottages with large open plan living dining areas which means everyone can eat and dine in the same area when you are coming together at the end of the day irrespective of the size of your group.

Book your cottages beside each other

If you would like your cottages directly beside each other with adjoining gardens simply ask us at the time of booking. Similarly if you are booking for summer time and would like a BBQ again simply ask us to provide for you.

Pubs and Eating out

If you are planning to go out the local village has a selection of 5 pubs and 3 different restaurants. Our own personal favorite is Reds Bistro that is a converted old cow house with a large open hearth fire and a super wine list. The Guinness is also second to none. Our favorite pub recommendation is O'Briens in Killena, a ten minute drive in the Taxi.

Taxis and travel

If you are going into Wexford Town for the evening or simply want to get up and down to the village there is a full taxi service and for larger party's mini bus service available. We are happy to arrange for you at time of booking. Marlfield House is also only a 20 minute drive if you are going out for a treat.

Eating in and our Professional Chef

If you don't want to eat out we also provide the service of a Professional Caterer who will also do full menu for you if required. Menus are available on request and range from homely Duck Sheperds Pie and Roasted Vegetables to Fois Gras and Carmelised apple. Angela will work with you to tailor menus to your specification and price range.

In addition please specify at time of booking if your booking for party's of more than 20 as a number of the cottages have large open plan living dining areas which our guest have found ideal for dining and socialising together.

Having some fun

  • Why not go horse racing at Wexford racecourse. Meets are on regularly throughout the course of the year.
  • Go horse riding or quad biking.
  • Take a boat trip out to the Saltee Islands.
  • Play Golf at a variety of different courses. Seafield, Courtown, Enniscorthy are all only 20 minutes away.
  • Play tennis at The Outfields Club.
  • Take a trip into Wexford in the morning and visit the farmers market if you're planning to do your own cooking - they have some sensational fresh local produce.
  • Take a weekend during the Wexford Opera Festival.
  • Simply relax in comfort and get some great walks on the beach with friends and family.
